This was the last game of the season for the record-setting LC Tigers. They needed to win and remain undefeated to have a shot at winning the State Championship. LC prevailed in a game plagued by high winds, and an incredible number of penalties called against LC (12). At least two LC touchdowns were called back, and the game was very nearly played into the dark on the unlighted field due to the penalty delays.

*Following this game, the LC Tigers remained #1 in the state rankings, and increased its lead in the polling over Renton, who remained undefeated through week 9.
